Parker does it again. Forever one of my favorite designers! I couldn't get over this navy floral print dress with its asymmetric neckline and ruffle overlay. The silhouette of this dress makes it so comfortable and flattering with the cinched waist. And, I must mention the most feminine details in the ruffle trim tie it all together for one fabulous piece! I wore this look for dinner in New York, and it was the perfect dress for wining and dining in the city. I adore the long sleeves combined with the flowy, silk fabric - perfect for this time of year when Summer is coming to an end. My new little Rebecca Minkoff bag paired perfectly with this look, and, y'all... the quilted velvet on this bag is to die for!!
