Favorite Fur Vest

Dress: Nordstrom | Fur Vest: Love Token
Boots: Steve Madden | Clutch: Nordstrom
Lips: Nars in Cruella | Hat: Rag & Bone
Sunglasses: Nastygal (sold out), similar here

Happy hump day! This week feels like it has been complete chaos with getting back in the swing of things and all of the Cyber Monday madness! I hope you scored some great stuff and knocked out some of your Christmas shopping! Today is all about this fabulous fur vest that I actually bought months ago during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Lucky for you though, it's still on sale and available in three colors!! I adore the blush version, and I think it would make a great gift for any lady in your life! I paired it over this cute little sweater dress that comes in a few colors and is just right for any of you down South or on the West Coast, where the temps aren't too cold yet. I recently grabbed this little black clutch, and I am so impressed with the quality for the price! It is available in a few colors (and only $25!!), and I think it would be a hit at any Dirty Santa party you have coming up! Lastly, I topped off this outfit with my favorite hat and OTK boots. I hope you're having a great week!! I plan to share another gift guide coming up soon, so check back later this week!!

Floral X Lace

Dress: Available here, here, and here (on sale or promotional offer at each link!)
Bag: Chloé | Boots: Steve Madden
Lips: Nars in Cruella | Hat: Rag & Bone

Happy Cyber Monday!!! Although, I feel like Cyber Monday is slowly fading out, as so many of the sales begin online even before Black Friday now!! Does anyone else feel that way?! But, hey... I will take the sales and promotions for as long as they want to offer them! I wanted to share this dress that I recently purchased that's now marked down! I adore the floral print combined with the lace detailing. I think it would look fabulous belted with this beauty to amp up the boho vibe even more! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and long weekend! We had a great trip down South, but an even longer travel day getting back to DC today. It is 1:45am right now, as I am typing this!! However, it was so worth it to see some of our family and friends, and I definitely left with a full heart and tummy for that matter! Hope you have a great start to your week and HAPPY SHOPPING!!!

Shopbop is having a huge sale that ends on Monday, and I wanted to share some of my favorites including some stuff that I think would make great gifts this holiday season! Shopbop has always been one of my favorite online retailers, as the selection is vast, the shipping fast, and oh my word... I can't even finish this sentence because I am laughing at my rhyming there! Anyways, onto the sale... I just purchased this top, which would be PERFECT for any holiday function in the coming weeks! You all have seen these jeans styled here, and I think they are a must to add to your cart. Also, any of the Jocelyn fur pieces would make a great gift for any age, and I especially love these mittens! Suede Mini

Sweater: Nordstrom | Skirt: Nordstrom | Sunglasses: Old, similar here
Boots: Vince Camuto | Handbag: Rebecca Minkoff | Lipstick: Nars in Cruella

Hands down my favorite look for fall is a skirt with some type of sweater layered on top! I have been so impressed with all things Blank NYC this season, and this fabulous suede skirt is no exception. It is also available in a taupe color here, which would be such a staple to have in your closet. This off the shoulder sweater can also be worn as a tunic length sweater if you are looking to switch things up! I actually have it rolled under with this look to show off more of this suede mini, but it would be so cute worn longer over some leather leggings for a chic, all black look! I am loving these new Vince Camuto OTK boots of mine! I purchased them because I wanted some with a little bit of a chunkier heel that were a bit more casual, and I am so pleased with these! They look so cute over jeans, and work perfectly paired with casual dresses. Lastly, this little Rebecca Minkoff is my newest love. I adore the gold detailing giving it a bit of an edgy vibe, and I can't wait to pair it with more looks for y'all!

I cannot believe it's already Thanksgiving week! We are headed to Alabama tomorrow to visit my husband's family, and I am so excited to spend a few days down South. Be sure to follow along on Snapchat (@courtkowalski), as we navigate life on the farm for a few days! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday to spend on the farm with lots of family time, cooking, picking (yes, I said picking - it's so much fun picking peas!), and football! To me, it just doesn't get any better than that! I cherish it so much more these days, since we get so little time down South with our families! I hope each of you have a fabulous week however you are celebrating, and as always thanks for stopping by!

Holiday Gifts For Her

Holiday Wish List

Happy Friday!! I am so excited to share this holiday gift guide with you. There are so many things on here that I know I would love to see under my tree... especially that little faux fur coat that's under $80! I die over this Rebecca Minkoff bag... the taupe color, gold chain detailing, and top handle make it such a fabulous option to spruce up any outfit! One of my besties (thanks, Anna!!) mentioned to me that I would love the new Nars lip glides, so I purchased it this past weekend during the Sephora VIB sale in the color "Bound" and she was right!! A fabulous pinky, nude color that is perfect for everyday wear. The pants pictured above are unfortunately sold out now, but I linked a similar pair that would be a great option! I wear these Gorjana studs almost everyday, and I have had them for at least three years. A great price point for a gift that any girl is sure to love! If you are needing a statement earring, I can't recommend Vanessa Mooney's fringe earrings enough! I have them in white, and I wore them so much this past summer (pictured in my first blog post here)! If you have any questions or need help selecting something for someone... I have more gift guides coming!! However, please feel free to email me and I am happy to help! Wishing y'all a fabulous weekend!

Grey X Navy

Dress: Nordstrom (only $48!) | Fur Vest: Topshop last year, similar here
Boots: Stuart Weitzman (love these dupes here) | Crossbody: Chloé
Sunglasses: Similar here | Lips: Nars in Cruella

Happy hump day!! This little dress by Lush from Nordstrom is one of my favorite finds! The perfect, versatile shift dress that can be worn all year long from season to season styled with different accessories. I grabbed this grey fur vest that I purchased last year from the Topshop section in Nordstrom to match my grey OTK boots that I wear with all of my dresses this time of year it seems like - hope you're not getting sick of them! Seriously, they do so much for a simple dress! If I haven't convinced you yet that you need some... now is the time! Lastly, I grabbed my new little Chloé bag for this shoot to tie everything together. I raved about the size of this bag here, as I originally purchased it to have as a staple for football games to meet the new stadium requirements for bags (first world problems, I know) and don't get me wrong - I do love it!! However, I am considering taking it to my local Nordstrom to see if I can exchange it for the larger version. Thoughts? I love the convenience of this size, but part of me thinks I will wear the larger size more since it can fit everything I need. Just glad I purchased it from Nordstrom, which has the MOST amazing customer service out there.

Seeing Spots

Top: Zara | Booties: DSW
Pants: Available here (on sale but only a few sizes in stock!), also here and here
Handbag: Rebecca Minkoff | Lipstick: Nars in Cruella

It's no secret that I love anything spotted and leopard. Sooooo today, I bring to you this adorable spotted top that is under $40 and such a steal!! I originally wanted to style it with a black leather skirt and my OTK boots, but I decided to wear it with my favorite faux leather pants instead. If you haven't purchased a pair of faux leather leggings or pants - I highly recommend these and these. I have been loving all things Zara lately, as I'm sure you've noticed! You can find such chic pieces at great prices, especially this time of year when coats and winter pieces can cost an arm and a leg. Hence, why I am loving Zara... to be able to walk into a store and pick up a few pieces that are each under $100 - SIGN ME UP!! Also, I got these Celine look-alike sunnies from the BP section in Nordstrom a month or so ago, but they are sold out everywhere. However, I am obsessed with the Quay line, and I have my eye on these next!! Wishing you a fabulous start to your week, and as always thanks for stopping by!

Jewel Toned Mini

Dress: Zara | Boots: Steve Madden (on sale for under $90!)
Clutch: Similar here (that I love!) | Sunglasses: Similar here
Lipstick: Nars in Cruella (my fall favorite!)

Emerald green is one of my favorite colors to wear this time of year. It flatters all skin tones and blondes, brunettes, and redheads alike! You might remember this emerald green sweater from this post here, which started my love for all things emerald green. I spotted this dress in Zara on my last NYC trip, and I just can't get enough of the high collar and deep v combo. Lastly, I had to pair this look with my favorite spotted clutch and black OTK boots. You've heard me confess my love for the Stuart Weitzman highland boot, but I picked up these Steve Madden's last year and have worn them constantly. Such a great dupe if you are on the hunt! Wishing you a fabulous weekend and don't forget to thank a Veteran today!

Off The Shoulder And Over the Knee

Dress: Sold out (similar here, here, and here) | Boots: Steve Madden
Handbag: Rebecca Minkoff | Lipstick: Nars in Cruella | Sunglasses: Similar here

These leaves!!! I just cannot get over them... they are truly breathtaking! Each year around this time, I am reminded of how amazing God's creation really is, and it always makes me feel so thankful for this life we are given! I purchased this dress a little over a month ago from Nordstrom, and I am sad to see that it is sold out. However, I have linked three dresses that are very similar that would look just as fabulous styled the same way I styled this one! The off the shoulder trend is something I have loved since this summer, and once I started seeing so many off the shoulder sweaters coming out for fall - I knew it was something I just couldn't let go of quite yet. Personally, I am hoping it sticks around awhile! Also, let's talk about this Rebecca Minkoff bag. For those of you that are lusting over the Chanel boy bag, this Rebecca Minkoff is a great buy! I know it is something that I will continue to wear nonstop all year long, and I love that you can adjust the chain strap by doubling it up to make it shorter or keeping it a single strap making it longer! As always, thank you for stopping by... this shoot was hands down my favorite so far!!
