I hope you are enjoying the holiday weekend! I was originally supposed to be working today, but my boss decided to close the office for the day - HALLELUJAH!!! So, I am enjoying the day at home getting caught up on some things before we head out to cookout with some friends this evening and watch the fireworks. I wanted to share this yellow dress that would be so perfect for any upcoming weddings you might have or any type of dressier function! It's the perfect mix of dressy, but not too dressy. Know what I mean? Yellow is not a color I have EVER gravitated towards when it comes to clothing, but I just can't get enough of it this summer. Happy Friday!! I just wanted to share a few things that I currently have my eye on! Stylekeepers has quickly become one of my favorite brands, as they make the most insanely fabulous tops that are so affordable! This one is just darling, and I think it would look so cute styled with some white denim! How fun are those fringe earrings?! I am also loving this more affordable option. An essential little white dress is a no-brainer for the Summer months. The midi length and fun ruffles on this one caught my eye and I knew I had to have it when I saw that it's under $50. I just love the midi length on it, and I think it would look so cute paired with this belt to tie the look together. It's also available in a few other colors, which you can see when you click on the link above and I've also linked them below! The sizing is true to size, so I would order based on the number that coordinates with your regular size. This was my first time ordering from this site, but I had a great experience! The sizing was normal, shipping didn't take too long, and I was pleased with the quality of the dress! 

How is your week so far? It is flying by for me, and I am looking forward to the weekend! I have been traveling so much in the last month, so I am excited to be staying here in DC for the weekend and enjoying the 4th of July here in town! It is one of my favorite holidays and although we usually spend it on the beach, at a lake, or somewhere other than here - I am looking forward to a relaxing one this year! XO

Happy Monday!! I hope you had a great weekend! Buddy did well in the triathlon, and I'm not gonna lie... I think we are both glad it's over!! I am so proud of him, but I was a little nervous about it! It rained the night before and the morning of the race, so the waters were a little rough for the swimming portion. I was a bit of a nervous wreck watching him! However, he made it through, and we had such a great time in Philadelphia for the weekend!

I have worn this dress quite a few times already, as the print is so fun and the dress is so comfortable! Happy Friday, y'all!! I cannot believe we are headed into the last week of June next week! This time of year always seems to fly by to me, but the winter always seems to drag... am I right? Wish we could swap that around! This week I have had all things red, white, and blue on my mind, as the 4th is quickly approaching! It is one of my favorite holidays, as I love any excuse to be patriotic! After all, living in DC it is hard to avoid! Above are a few things I am loving. They are all from Revolve, which I think you know by now is literally my favorite site! I hope you have a great weekend! Buddy is doing a triathlon in Philadelphia that he has been training for the last few months, so we are off to Philly this afternoon. We have been out of town so much that I requested we get an Airbnb that allows pets so that we can take Brady with us. I just feel so bad after leaving him behind the last few weekends! Happy Wednesday, y'all! Maxis have been one of my go-to styles this season, as they are so easy, breezy and make me feel so put together! The peachy, pink color of this one just screams Summer and is so flattering with a bit of a tan! Tularosa is one of my go-to brands as well when it comes to finding styles that are on-trend, comfortable, and well-made. Also, shoutout to Anna Meyer for these photos. This was the last outfit we took pics of during our last shoot, and it began to rain right as we started to take these. However, she managed to make these look amazing and make me look like I'm not dripping sweat as my sticky bra is completely falling off underneath my dress. I am laughing as I type this just thinking about it. The struggle is so real sometimes! 

Anyways, I hope you are having a great week so far! We had so much fun in Gulf Shores with our family over the weekend. Buddy's family does a reunion each summer at the beach, and this year it was in Gulf Shores, Alabama and we just had so much fun! The weather was great, and it was so nice to spend a few days on the beach and disconnect from the world a little bit! We don't get to see our families very often, so I took a bit of a social media break while I was there to completely unwind and it was so nice!! Happy Wednesday! How is your week so far? I got back from the beach Monday evening, so I apologize for missing Monday's post! I am actually headed back down South for a quick getaway this Thursday to Orange Beach with family! Unfortunately, I had to fly back in between because work is nuts right now! Anyways, onto this outfit. This top might just be my favorite ever! Dress it down with ripped denim and a chunky heel or keep it a little dressed up like I did here paired with a skirt. Also, I think it would look awesome with these pants for another dressier look! Perfect for a rehearsal dinner or just a fancy date night out! I also LOVE it in white! It is the epitome of feminine and chic!
